Serving Up B2B Success: Celebrating RollWorks’ Top Customer Heroes

November 15, 2024

As Thanksgiving rolls around, we're not just carving turkeys—we're carving out time to celebrate the heart of our success: our Customer Success Management (CSM) team. These rockstars don’t just manage customer relationships; they elevate them, helping ambitious B2B companies maximize the value of RollWorks’ account-based marketing and advertising platform.

Today, we’re shining a well-deserved spotlight on some of our incredible CSMs and the impactful work they do. From guiding clients like trusted copilots through their ABM journeys to delivering solutions tailored to drive ROI and campaign success, this team defines what it means to be both supportive and sharp. Thanks to their dedication, our customers aren’t just surviving in the competitive B2B space—they’re thriving.

So this Thanksgiving, we’re raising a metaphorical drumstick to their unwavering commitment, the success they create for our customers, and the role they play in driving the RollWorks mission forward. After all, nothing pairs better with gratitude than great outcomes.

Meet Our CSMs

Matt Crowell

Favorite Thanksgiving Tradition: Making his grandma's sausage and salami breakfast frittata, a dish that embodies warmth and togetherness—qualities he brings to our team every day.

Matt consistently receives positive feedback for being an exceptional partner to our customers, acting as an extension of their teams. This past quarter, he collaborated with our customer, Snowflake, to develop an internal dashboard utilizing RollWorks data, significantly enhancing budget management for a large-scale advertising program. His dedication to maximizing value from the RollWorks platform ensures that our customers not only meet but exceed their goals, making him an invaluable asset to our team.

Jennifer George

Favorite Thanksgiving Tradition: Watching the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade on TV Thanksgiving morning in my pajamas with a fire in the fireplace and delicious smells of turkey and stuffing being prepared in the kitchen.

Jennifer has been instrumental in implementing our customer, Acumatica's innovative strategy to enhance reach and optimize resource allocation. Her expertise in creating a new Journey Stage for high-impression, low-engagement accounts and implementing an intent-based playbook has helped optimize their marketing approach. Thanks to Jennifer's dedication, Acumatica has seen a remarkable 20% increase in reach quarter-over-quarter, allowing the team to target accounts more effectively and streamline their marketing funnel. We're incredibly grateful for Jennifer's strategic vision and her commitment to driving our customers’ success.

Charlotte Lyle

Favorite Thanksgiving Tradition: Thanksgiving is Charlotte's family's Superbowl! Family members begin calling "dibs" on the dish they will make as early as September, Charlotte usually makes the green bean casserole and dinner doesn't start until 8:30 pm.

Charlotte's organization, providing recipes for success and action oriented approach doesn't stop at a tasty Thanksgiving menu but is transferred over to her impact at RollWorks. Charlotte has been instrumental in helping evolve Gainsight as a source of truth tool to the CSM and Account Teams as well. The dedication and support she provides is the ultimate feast!

Ryan Fitzpatrick

Favorite Thanksgiving Tradition: It started with him and his wife years ago, making Pomegranate martinis and playing darts. A random act that became custom over the years. The dart board has moved with them from place to place and now even a non alcoholic martini is shared with their daughter.

Ryan's precision is analytical and intentional, likely making him really good at darts, and as well a great CSM at RollWorks. Ryan focuses on identifying key goals for customers, as he did for Onbe. Ryan implemented a standardized approach of measurement which focused on reach, visit, and engagement metrics. They built a KPI tracker and this focus has helped anchor their efforts, allowing them to demonstrate RollWorks' diverse value offerings that align with Onbe’s primary goals and attribution metrics which can be enjoyed shaken or stirred, like his Pomegranate martinis.

Selin Berber

Favorite Thanksgiving Tradition: Selin loves to spend Thanksgiving eating mashed potatoes and being with her family. A fun fact about her Thanksgivings are that many members of her family are pescatarian so salmon is the centerpiece vs. turkey! In a trait that is completely on brand for Selin's warmth, her family loves to open their home to friends who may not have family to celebrate with...as long as they don't mind fish.

Selin embodies all of the qualities of an amazing Customer Success Manager, both with her customers and team members. Selin is a true partner to all taking the time to get to know the people she works with and understand how she can help make their lives easier. Recently her strong platform knowledge led her to create a custom optimization guide that will prove useful for customers and colleagues alike. Her product knowledge and recommendations have helped customers like TrendMiner to find new and creative ways to use the RollWorks platform with features like Intent Location. Thank you for all that you do, Selin.
